We are seeking a versatile and engaging IT Trainer to support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and emerging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy communicator who thrives on helping users build digital confidence and productivity through high-quality, hands-on training.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering IT or digital skills training
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, with practical experience in user training and support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences
- Experience delivering training in multiple formats: classroom, virtual, one-to-one, and informal sessions
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to user engagement and support
