You’ll be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support, including helpdesk tasks like password resets and basic troubleshooting. Around 80% of your time will be spent on core IT support, working with technologies like Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Teams, while the remaining 20% will involve learning and contributing to projects in automation, security, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of IT Service Desk operations and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of hardware/software configurations and troubleshooting.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and newer client operating systems.
- Ability to accurately record and interpret user information to resolve issues.
- Active Directory administration (password resets)
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and customer interaction records.
Experience
- Significant experience in IT support roles.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues.
