IT Support Analyst - Contract - York

Hays Recruitment are working closely with an organisation in York to recruit an IT Support Analyst on a temporary basis.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a busy environment
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (account creation, password resets, group memberships)
  • Imaging and deploying laptops using tools like Intune and SCCM
  • Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to log, manage, and resolve tickets using an ITSM system
  • Awareness of SLAs and prioritisation of incidents and requests
  • Experience supporting remote users (via Teams, remote desktop, or similar tools)
  • Basic knowledge of macOS and Apple device support (desirable but not essential)
