IT Support Analyst, Onsite, £22 p/h InsideIR35:
We are seeking an It Support Analyst to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis for a 3-month contract. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in IT customer service and first line support, looking to advance their career in an exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day IT support
- Working on a busy helpdesk, owning and managing calls
- Working under SLAs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Effective management of incidents and service requests
Essential Skills Required:
- Previous IT support work experience
- ITIL knowledge
- Strong Infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with hardware and applications
- Customer service skills
- Good communication skills
