IT Support Team Lead

We are working with a leading public sector organisation to recruit an IT Site Services Manager.

Your new role

You will manage a team of End User Support engineers, with a focus on developing and instilling a culture of excellent customer service. You will also be tasked with expanding and developing the team's skills and techniques necessary to support the diverse range of services the organisation provides.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Technical Expertise (Windows)
