You will be working for an international professional services firm focussed on private wealth & business services. With a global presence across many major cities, this firm is known for its strong client-adviser relationships, providing tailored services to a diverse clientele, including large businesses, wealthy individuals, family offices, and wealth managers.

Your new role

As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be leading and supporting projects for new IT & Technology related requirements. You will be working alongside IT, the client services team and other stakeholders to manage renewals for IT software & hardware maintenance agreements. In this role you will be undertaking industry and market analysis, conducting supplier negotiations and supporting the development and implementation of procurement strategy plans - strategic sourcing & category management, as well as complying with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have vast experience working on IT categories with respectable knowledge surrounding IT sourcing processes - an understanding and experience negotiating SaaS contracts, hardware maintenance and telecoms. You will need to be able to professionally present proven deliverables across the IT category as well as have a great track record of managing and pursuing senior stakeholders.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000 p/a + package, with a 60/40 split between working in the office and working remotely. You will be joining a maturing procurement function, where you can make your mark in an organisation that is developing an increasingly diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
