Your new role

As an IT Process Analyst, you'll play a vital role in the Service Management function, focusing on Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM). You'll work alongside the IT Service Asset and Configuration Manager to implement and mature robust processes that underpin IT support services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting best practice implementation for asset and configuration management
  • Processing software requests and managing licence allocations
  • Ensuring assets are properly procured, deployed, recovered, and disposed of
  • Managing service queues and meeting service level targets
  • Assisting with internal and external audits
  • Contributing to knowledge-based documentation
  • Ensuring all IT services are clearly defined and mapped in our Configuration Management System

What you'll need to succeed

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Experience with BMC Helix or similar service management tools
  • Experience working within an ITIL-based service management framework
  • Understanding of high-end IT Service Desk operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to challenge and improve current working methods

Desirable skills:
  • Knowledge of software licencing
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Technical documentation skills
  • SACM experience
