Your new role
Feel a sense of achievement within your role as the Internal Communications Manager! You will be reporting directly into the Group Head of PR and Corporate Communications at the firm. The position is a 13-month maternity cover. This company is looking for someone who is motivated to empower colleagues to think creatively and collectively achieve the firm's strategic goals. You will have the opportunity to develop, design and manage the intranet as well as internal staff events. As a result, you will steer the company to a more engaged future by designing, deploying, and measuring firm-wide communications campaigns through creating impactful banners, videos and audio recordings for digital platforms.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will work with a range of stakeholders such as the CEO, Executive Teams, and HR, as such experience managing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels will be highly desirable. To thrive in this role, you will need to have CRM and SharePoint (Yammer) experience. You will need to have the ability to work confidently, multi-task diligently, and be up for the challenge to fully embed an internal communications platform. You will have Marketing, Branding and Internal Communications experience within the ICT and or Telecommunications Industry. Knowledge in a range of internal communications channels will be invaluable.
