£25,000 + monthly bonus

9am - 5.30pm

Your new role

This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting the external sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports.
  • Handle client queries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, and contract renewals.
