Practical Support Coordinator (Temporary)

HAYS are supporting a small charity organisation dedicated to changing people’s lives and making communities stronger and more resilient.

Your new role

You will be working as a Practical Support Coordinator and work alongside the Practical Support team on a temporary basis. This role is planned for 5 months, working 3 days a week. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that elements of practical support offers are efficient and responsive, supporting the Charity's role as a convenor of the Small Charities Advisory Panel (SCAP).

Key responsibilities
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for the delivery of webinars.
  • Monitor, update, and ensure the accuracy of the enquiry log.
  • Respond to enquiries by email and phone.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role or within the charity sector is desirable.
