An interim HR Change Partner opportunity in Reading

Your new company
You will be joining a well-known organisation as they embark on a period of change across their organisation of over 10,000 heads in the UK. As part of the HR Change team, you will work alongside a team of other HR change partners to deliver right-sizing across the business. The most prominent will be TUPE. This is a hybrid working role from the Reading office, and you will be expected to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week on average.

Your new role
Working alongside your peers, you will take ownership of several change programmes impacting a small handful of up to 100 heads per programme. You will be able to utilise administrative support, but it is expected that you will be willing to take a hands-on approach when it comes to collaboration with unions and employee reps and ensuring employee experience remains central to the processes.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have experience of delivering HR change programmes across TUPE and Restructure as a subject-matter expert. You will have good practical knowledge of the required legislation to meet, but also what best practice looks like to enhance employee experience. You will be resilient and able to push back when required in a respectful and professional manner and will be able to remain objective during highly sensitive and emotional situations such as redundancy programmes.
