Your new role
As Interim Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing the recruitment employer branding strategy for a global matrix business. This will span all recruitment including early careers, experienced hires, volume and specialist hiring and will include managing strategies, launching employee value proposition, and managing omni channel campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven background in recruitment and talent acquisition gained in a leading global brand, where you will be able to demonstrate how you have developed and enhanced the employer brand and EVP by using data to make informed decisions. You will be able to demonstrate how you have developed a digital marketing strategy for recruitment using social media, CRM etc. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 12 month FTC working weekly from the London office.
