In-house role for Probate lawyers who can commute to Sheffield. Generous remote working based on experience.

I am instructed with an excellent opportunity for a large national company who have a number of opportunities in their in-house legal team for experienced probate lawyers. These opportunities are open to lawyers who have either qualified as a solicitor or as a legal executive through CILEx, in addition to candidates who have completed STEP qualifications.

My client’s office is based in Sheffield and, depending on your level of experience, this role will require one day a week in the office for those measured at the ‘Associate’ level, whereas those in more senior or ‘lead’ roles will only be required to attend the office one day every two weeks.

The successful candidate will manage their own end to end caseload of probate matters and will involve regular client contact and assisting more junior members of the team in a mentoring capacity. My client has a high-quality case management system which will assist the successful candidate in performing their duties, in addition to a number of high-quality experts within the team to support you with the furthering of your knowledge and skills.

As this role is ‘in-house’, there are a number of unique benefits associated with this role, with a generous pension contribution, discounts on various products, numerous wellbeing benefits and an annual leave allowance which rises with years served.
