Your new role

In this role you will provide support to the Strategic HR Projects Lead, to help drive and deliver strategic HR projects and project related tasks and activities across school Trust.

• Project Support – providing support to the Strategic HR Projects Lead and HR Policy and Projects Specialist, to deliver tasks, and activities for United Learning in relation to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Recruitment and Retention, Talent Management, Flexible Working and other HR Projects as may be required.
• Policy Support – providing support to the HR Projects Specialist to maintain the HR Policy portal and ensure that all HR policies and associated guidance documents are kept up to date and reflect the correct terms and conditions and take account of latest statutory guidance and legislation.
• Projects Administration - support the development of new processes and procedures and contribute to the compilation of surveys and reports to deliver project outcomes. Work with schools to ensure that these are implemented in an efficient and effective way that recognises local context and the needs of different stakeholder groups across schools and Central Office.
• Research & Analysis – undertake analysis of relevant data and research to identify trends and to inform project outcomes, support the production of data and reports in appropriate formats for different stakeholder groups.
