Prestigious organisation seeking People Assistant

Your new company

A prestigious organisation is looking for a proactive and customer-orientated People Admin Assistant to join their friendly team. You will have had previous experience of working in recruitment or in a human resources team.
This job offers excellent benefits. Due to the nature of the role, you will be based in the office 5 days a week.

Your new role

  • First point of contact for routine enquiries from candidates, employees and managers.
  • Providing a friendly and efficient service.
  • Providing fast-paced HR admin support, accurately maintaining our HR system and employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and databases, including MS Office.
  • Good communicator, who is happy to use initiative and contribute ideas aimed at ongoing service improvement. First point of contact for routine enquiries from candidates, employees and managers.
