HR MANAGER JOB IN LEICESTER

Successful and growing manufacturing business. This role is based in the office 5 days a week.
Your new role
- Manage a small HR team and be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Coach, guide and advise managers on all ER issues, outcome letters.
- Produce monthly HR management information
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Experienced generalist
- People management experience
