Your HR post will include the activities below:
✅ Collaborate with the management team to develop the HR Business Strategy and objectives, aligning them with the overall strategic business plan.
✅ Offer professional advice and support to Directors and Managers on employment legislation etc.
✅ Focus on employee learning and development through appraisals, coaching, and training programs to support business goals.
✅ Proactively support change management, recruitment initiatives etc...

What you'll need to succeed

  • This post will suit a confident and collaborative HR Manager with experience of working with a strong leadership team.
  • Experienced, engaging and effective in developing the trust of the management team
  • Positive influence, integrity and consistency in managing situations and people
  • Strong ability to build relationships with employees
  • Able to implement an effective employee appraisal programme and support employee development
  • This opportunity will suit HR professionals who are well-versed in working in hands-on roles with the flexibility to also contribute strategically
  • You will have solid HR experience, including a good understanding of general employment legislation.
