Senior HR Manager, Italian Speaking, FMCG - London Permanent up to £80k
Permanent London, 4 days a week in office, 1 day WFH (Bank Station)

Your new role
Hays are working exclusively with this global business to find an Italian-speaking HR Manager to join the growing UK office with a current head count of 12, looking for growth into new markets in EMEA and Africa. Main point of contact for all UK HR-related queries, providing guidance on Employment Law, managing UK recruitment, onboarding and all the administration that comes with this.
Management of Payroll for the UK of around as well the newly recruited employees covering the global projects which is currently around 15, this can increase and decrease depending on business needs.
Leading on implementation of the HRIS systems
Reporting directly to the HR Director based in Italy, you will also be in daily communication with the Italian HR team and, so fluent Italian is essential for this role
As this is a newly created role, you need to be flexible and agile in your approach and understand that this role will lead in different directions depending on the workloads and projects
Management of HR administrator
Ownership of investor and legal consultant relationships
Management of complex ER cases
Global mobility management, with over circa 80% of workforce of Secondment VISAs
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be operating at Senior HR Management level, ideally across EMEA and/or African countries, managing relationships with C-Suite / Directors, private equity investors and legal consultants. You'll be someone who can showcase previous examples of leading global HR Projects, which will include scale up and opening up entities in new jurisdictions.
Experience required
Italian fluent speaking (Essential)
Currently operating at Senior HR Management level, ideally circa 10+ years of HR experience
Ability to manage complex ER cases across multiple countries
Previous experience of stakeholder management of investors, legal advisors and management consultants
CIPD qualified
Ability to work in an agile, scale-up environment
Oversight of payroll processing for multiple countries
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data reporting
