A leading financial services firm with global offices are looking for a permanent French-speaking HR Generalist to lead the HR for the London, Paris and Hong Kong offices. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the main point of contact for the three different locations, managing any HR-related queries and issues.

• Lead on recruitment for all corporate function roles, including benchmarking salaries depending on location and liaising with agencies on hard-to-fill vacancies.

• Manage the HRIS system, supporting the Senior HR team globally on projects and process development.

• Process monthly payroll for circa 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant tax laws.

• Advise senior stakeholders on HR policies, including any ER, absence management and performance management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluency in French is essential.

• Excellent knowledge of French and UK employment law.

• Ability to process payroll and excellent attention to detail.

• A proactive and professional approach, an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
