Your new company
Working for an accounting, business advisory firm of 600 headcount across the UK, with its head office based near Liverpool street.
Your new role
You will be working part of a HR team of 8, with a mixture of HR Business Partners, administrators, and specialists (i.e. Talent, Ops & Learning and Development). You'll be responsible for the largest client group in the firm, made up of 300 business service lines made up of Tax and Audit fee earners. This is a generalist HRBP role where you'll be expected to have an operational and strategic approach to partnering with your key stakeholders.
- Support managers and SLT with generalist HR support, including ER and Recruitment
- Design people plans with wider HR to ensure that HR is always fit for purpose and delivering commercial purpose to the business
- Create culture within your business units, consistent improvement on employee engagement through methods such as ED&I, talent planning and reward
What you'll need to succeed
This role is suitable for a HR Business Partner who thrives on partnering with their stakeholders with an in-depth/hands on approach. You'll have experience of supporting senior leaders within a professional services environment, including partner level.
- Most recent role within a professional services company (Consultancy, Accountancy or Law Firm)
- Experience of supporting a client group with between 300-500 headcount of fee earners
- Ability to demonstrate delivery of HR plans through multiple annual cycles within the same firm
- Knowledge on complex ER chases, and mitigating risk
