Permanent HR Advisor, 40K, Flexible & Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player within a motivated and vibrant team, providing expert HR advisory support and driving best practices across the business - a leading travel and events management business within the financial and media sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for employee experience throughout the end-to-end lifecycle, and supporting the People Business Partners in delivering various HR projects and implementation, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor, ensuring best practices and compliance with employment law.
- Lead employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary, grievances, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide payroll administration support, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives that align with business needs.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion, working closely with the Employee Experience team to drive initiatives across the employment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience in an HR advisory role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations cases.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Passion for promoting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and data analysis.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
