A global management consulting firm, circa 3,000 with 100 in London are looking for a Recruitment and Resourcing Advisor to join their team of 3 for 14 months. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

• Staffing/work allocation – match supply of consultants with demands of projects, including matching for personal development and delivery needs.
• Liaise with Partners / Principles / Project Managers regarding upcoming staffing needs.
• Circulate pipeline project activity to the business to gather interest on potential upcoming projects.
• Support HR based projects and programmes and act as a champion for HR in the business.
• Produce relevant reports and analytics on key areas for management review.
• Induction – Lead the continuous improvement of the induction programme.
• Lead on recruitment for Graduate, MBA, Consultant and Project Manager Roles - liaising with hiring manages to create an active pipeline.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a Workforce Planning role, in consulting.

• Experience in recruitment is preferred.

• Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, pushing back on challenges making sure the right person is on the right project.

• Ability to manage multiple high priority stakeholders with competing demands.
