HR Administrator | Temporary Appointment - 6 months plus | Glasgow | Immediate Start | £19.00 / hour

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the shared services team within a leading FMCG organisation based in central Glasgow . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/ Assistant professional to contribute to a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Details:

  • Contract: Initially 6 months (to cover a secondment), with the opportunity to go permanent with progression for the right candidate
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Hourly Rate: £19.00 per hour
  • Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee onboarding processes
  • Processing leavers and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Administering pensions, parental leave, and benefits
  • Dealing with HR queries
  • Providing general HR administrative support

Who We're Looking For:

  • Background in HR Administration or above
  • Confident handling various HR tasks in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively
