Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a School. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our school by managing human resources processes, policies, and procedures. You will work closely with staff, teachers, and leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
    • Facilitate new staff onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Records and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
    • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other employment-related documents.
  • Payroll and Benefits:
    • Assist with payroll administration, including inputting data and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Support staff with benefit enquiries and enrolment.
  • Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
    • Communicate HR policies to staff and address any queries.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR matters.
    • Assist with grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • General Administration:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
