Your new role

Support individuals with mental health and complex needs to engage in the service and achieve their goals through individual key work.

Supporting people with their applications for and maintaining their status within social housing. Enabling them to begin or continue to live independently whilst still in recovery.

Promote engagement within the community as a key factor in self-management

Work alongside people to develop and review assessments, safety management plans and personalised recovery support plans

What you'll need to succeed

Full driving licence and your own transport

Knowledge of social housing legislation

Experience working in social housing/mental health support

Flexibility

Excellent communication and relationship building skills
