HIV Standards Support Manager - 12-Month Contract
Global Biotech is looking to recruit an experienced HIV professional to work in cutting-edge HIV standards. As a HIV Standards Team Support Manager (SST Manager), you will be responsible for supporting Health Care Professionals and Allied Healthcare Professionals to deliver service improvements to achieve national standards of care for people living with HIV and those who can benefit from prevention. This role sits within the UK & Ireland HIV Business Unit and will report to the HIV Standards Support Lead. In addition, the SST Manager is required to support the business portfolio across their region and will work in close collaboration with the commercial head office and commercial field-based teams to achieve success. Responsibilities Utilises knowledge and experience to support HCPs to identify gaps between their performance and national clinical standards (BHIVA/NHIVNA) Utilises credible levels of HIV therapeutic disease working knowledge to promote better standards of care for People Living with HIV Develops and deliver HIV education programmes supporting HCPs to understand the importance of long-term health in HIV through 1:1 and meeting activity. Utilises knowledge and experience to support HCP’s implementation of best practice standards and health assessments into all HIV care Develops, approves and deploys appropriate resources to support service improvement work in collaboration with outside partner organisations/staff to support HCPs. Represents Business at professional events and promotes service improvement at such events. Works cooperatively with internal team members on various cross-functional projects. Builds and extends relationships with key customers to enhance delivery of care through supporting audit, education, and service improvement Promotional activity Represents Business products and services to a defined customer base across the territory. Utilizes a level of HIV product and therapeutic disease working knowledge to promote the appropriate use of Business products for HCPs utilising an omni-channel approach. Together with territory team partner, he prepares business plan, assigns activity and communicates required actions to achieve goals. 12 month initial contract role (inscope)
