History Teacher needed until the End of the Academic Year !
History Teacher - Leicester-based Secondary School
Start: 28th April 2025
End: 11th July 2025 (End of the Academic Year)
Timetable: Full-time long-term
We are working in partnership with an Ofsted ‘Good’ Secondary school in Leicester who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to teach History at Key Stage 3 and 4. This is a full-time and long-term role, potentially until the end of the academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging history lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Predominantly teaching History lessons
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in history or a related field
- Proven experience teaching History or Humanities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
