Leading Estate Agency Requires Head of Lettings and Property Management
Your new company

Your new role
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute growth plans to expand the lettings and property management portfolio.
- Operational Management – Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
- Team Leadership – Mentor and manage property managers, negotiators, valuers, and support staff.
- Business Development – Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services.
- Compliance & Regulations – Ensure adherence to legal and industry regulations, including tenancy laws and property standards.
- Customer Experience – Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
- Financial Performance – Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to optimise profitability.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership experience in lettings and property management.
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Access to your own car and a full, clean driving licence.
