Your new company

A Financial Services business, they're pioneering in their sector, and have seen significant growth in recent years. They are seeking a Group Finance Director in a newly created role to help elevate the business to the next level, working closely with the board to double the turnover in the next five years. The team work on-site in their modern, bright offices in Blackburn, and this is a full-time, permanent position.

Your new role

You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the board to put a strategy into place for how the business can advance to its next phase of growth. You'll oversee the implementation of new systems and processes, identify efficiencies that can be made, and encourage the team towards positive change. Within the finance team, you'll spot potential and nurture talent, encourage development, recruit additional people, and maxmise the productivity of the team, whilst building a collaborative working environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have seen a business through a period of change as a Finance Director / Head of Finance etc., and be confident about influencing senior stakeholders to deliver major financial changes. You'll be passionate about developing teams, and coaching talent. Ideally, you will have experience working in the Financial Services industry.

What you'll get in return
