About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Test and Development Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-quality products. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development and testing of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing and validation of new and existing products to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to support product development.
Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Assist in the development of testing protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing process.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to contribute to innovative product development.

Requirements:

A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
