Your New Role
- Reviewing invoices received from stakeholders and clients
- Ensuring an accurate payment list is prepared in a timely manner
- Overseeing and clearing refunds for customers and clients
- Overseeing a team of 6 credit controllers/billers
- Ensuring that all incorrect and incomplete invoices are corrected and completed
- Being self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as cross-functionally
- Implementing specific action plans and processes
- Working with multi-currencies
- Managing month-end and year-end closing processes for accounts receivable
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience dealing with high-volume and high-value invoices (ideally a sole ledger over 10 million)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both on the phone and via email
- Brilliant attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with multi-currencies
- Experience working within a global company
- Experience in the world of media/retail
