Fleet Administrator | Temporary Role | Immediate Start | Office-Based
I am working with a client based on the outskirts of Leeds to recruit a fleet administrator on a temporary basis. The assignment is fully office-based and is an ongoing temporary role.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate records of fleet vehicles, including servicing and compliance documents
- Coordinating vehicle bookings, inspections, and repairs
- Supporting the fleet management team with administrative tasks
- Liaising with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
The ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
