Looking for a rewarding IT role where you can shine? Join a dynamic team in Woodhall Spa for a 3-month temporary contract, with an hourly rate of £12.36 to £13.73.

What You’ll Do:
Step into a key role providing 1st line IT and telephony support, keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimise disruptions.
- Offer friendly, hands-on support and training to colleagues across the organisation.
- Log support requests and incidents accurately in the Helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager on exciting projects, like system upgrades and CRM administration.
- Maintain the company network, ensure robust backups and security, and track IT inventory.
- Work with external suppliers and support companies as needed.
- Support telephony systems and keep IT consumables stocked.
Who You Are:
You’re passionate about IT, love solving problems, and enjoy helping others. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Some experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, or basic networks.
- Great communication to connect with colleagues and external partners.
- A proactive, organised approach and a team-oriented mindset.
- Any familiarity with CRM or telephony systems is a bonus (but you’ll learn on the job!).
