Your new company

Due to re-structure and further expansion, they are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes and be timely and accurate in your delivery of reporting, accounting and controls. You will be focused on driving best practice to enable effective process improvement and have the opportunity to be involved in decision-making for wider business implementation. You will prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis and manage the full record for the report process.

What you'll need to succeed

With a strong track record and an already progressive finance career to date, you will look to qualify for ACCA or CIMA (being in the final stages of your exams) with proven experience of financial reporting. You will also have been working within large companies and be used to complex systems and procedures.
Being a strong communicator with a proactive approach, you will demonstrate a positive attitude and be driven to progress in your career. You must have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, along with the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
