Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing Lincoln organisation to recruit an experienced finance systems professional.

Your new role

You will be responsible for a range of systems implementations and IT projects as required by the business working with stakeholders across the organisation. Your duties will cover a wide range of tasks including planning, mapping and delivery, cost and budget analysis and reporting and ensuring the needs of the finance team are met and delivered.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified Accountant (or relevant experience) with high level skills in both accounts and systems. You will have working knowledge of implementation and project management and successful delivery on time and on budget for a range of projects, working on your own initiative and as part of cross-functional teams. Experience of ERP implementations would be highly desirable. You will be living in close commute of the Lincoln area as the role is office based.
