My client is a well-established and respected charity based in central London. They are seeking a Finance Officer on an interim basis.

Your new role

The role is a Finance Officer working in a small team. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Process invoices in a timely manner
- Manage weekly payment runs
- Handle staff expenses
- Monitor and respond to finance-related inbox queries
- Post payment journals and reconcile with bank accounts
- Perform aged payables analysis and reconciliation
- Create and maintain debtor accounts
- Raise and issue sales invoices
- Process all receipts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Conduct monthly reconciliation between systems
- Maintain tracker for debt recovery and follow-up

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need previous experience of AP and AR as well as good systems knowledge, especially on Excel.
