As the Finance Manager, your role encompasses several critical responsibilities. You’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team, setting the tone for collaboration and productivity. Simultaneously, you’ll re-engineer existing processes and procedures, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your duties extend to transforming and streamlining accounting practices and month-end reporting. You will oversee financial statements and reconciliations. Furthermore, you will be managing the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and expense processing teams, ensuring smooth cash flow management. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, implement finance software , and lead a team of eight, including three indirect reports. As the Finance Manager you are shaping the financial landscape, driving innovation, and inspiring excellence.
