Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will take charge of the financial operations of a growing business, playing a vital role in financial reporting, controls, and strategic decision-making to support business growth. You will help improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and align strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, auditing, payroll, compliance, and contributing to a team-focused bonus program.

What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
- Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and key metrics such as EBITDA.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or significant relevant experience.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.
