Finance Director - SaaS - £150,000 to £200,000+ bonus + benefits

Are you a seasoned finance leader with a passion for innovation and the next generation of the internet?

A pioneering SAAS SME is looking for a visionary Finance Director to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping their financial strategy and driving sustainable growth.

Your new role
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, treasury, and tax.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement a long-term financial strategy aligned with our ambitious growth goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.
  • Cultivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a data-driven and collaborative environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a high-growth company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
