A growing brand in the work space, developing a portfolio of assets, is looking for a Finance Director with growth company experience to take ownership of a group business.

Your new role

Reporting to the MD, this role is a hugely varied role and the perfect role for a qualified professional with construction or property experience looking to operate as a Finance Director and lead a team.

Duties:

• Full financial ownership of operations and business
• Quarterly reporting
• Management of outsourced accounting, VAT, Tax and compliance functions
• Business planning and budgeting, including specific focus on cost control
• Contributing to the development of investment strategies
• Building and managing a team, currently 4

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a qualified accountant from either a practice or industry background, capable of owning a reporting process but also adding significant commercial and strategic value when it comes to budgeting and cost analysis. They are regulated to understanding of working in a similar environment would be beneficial.
