Hays Accountancy and Finance are working with a desired Non-For-Profit Organisation for the appointment of a permanent finance business manager – working as a business partner in providing strategic financial guidance to support this organisation's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable experience at a strategic level and as a business partner to budget holders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience of budgeting and forecasting including variance analysis.
• Ability to identify solutions to financial problems.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and demonstrable experience in using financial systems.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
