Your new company
Hays Education are proud to be supporting an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school in their search for an EYFS teacher to start in September. The role will initially be on temporary basis with scope to become permanent for the right person. The school are seeking a passionate and versatile teacher to join their team. The role will be based within an amazing 2 form entry school in Warrington.

Your new role
In your role as a EYFS teacher your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Monitoring and reporting pupils progress to parents.
  • To assess pupils’ achievements and progress in accordance with arrangements made within school.
  • To ensure that the needs of all pupils are met through highly affective teaching.
  • Monitor and review curriculum provision, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes across subjects.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team to conduct regular observations and assessments of teaching practice, providing constructive feedback and implementing targeted interventions where necessary.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
  • Qualified teacher status.
  • An in depth knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Experience working within a KS2 setting, this is useful but not essential.
  • An up to date DBS or willingness to get one.
  • The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
