Your new role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teaching staff and helping to create a positive learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning activities.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Providing additional support to students with special educational needs.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible educational experience for our students.

Requirement
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and with various age groups.
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
