I have partnered with a global organisation based in Banbury who are looking for a European HR Business Partner to join their team reporting directly to the HR Director.
Your new role
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible not only for the operational aspect but also a strategic partner for the business, working on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should have a solid understanding of HR with the ability to form strong relationships, especially at a senior level, alongside a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programmes across Europe.
