We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher to join a vibrant and successful team at a leading secondary school located near Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students from KS3 to KS5.

Your new role
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons to students from KS3 to KS5
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the delivery of a cohesive and effective curriculum
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings and professional development opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English to KS3-KS5 students
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success

Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
