Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team at a PRU in Salford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development, helping them to overcome barriers to education and achieve their goals.

You will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development, helping them to overcome barriers to education and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and attitudes.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students in a PRU setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
