This prestigious organisation has multiple sites across Central London, and they are currently looking to bring in a Consultant to oversee a number of Energy projects across these estates.

Your new role

This role will be managing and auditing the Energy usage using Systemslink to identify abnormalities as well as work with the in-house teams on Energy saving initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, the successful candidate will have an Energy Management qualification and, ideally, membership of a relevant institute. If you have used Systemslink, it is a bonus, although similar software usage will be accepted.

What you'll get in return

The role is offered on a long-term contract and can be outside IR-35. The need is for a part-time Consultant 2 or 3 days per week to oversee the Energy usage across the portfolio. The is a lot of flexible working and a lot of the work can be achieved remotely. You will need to be based in and around London for occasional meetings and Hays are unable to sponsor, so you must be able to work in the UK independently.
