Seeking an experienced HR ER Partner to join a regional not for profit covering Dorset, Hants, Wiltshire.

An opportunity for an HR professional with a strong employee relations skill set for a regional Employer Relations Partner role working across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire but on a hybrid basis with the ability to travel to sites when needed across the region. Fixed Term Contract until March 2025.

A key member of the wider People team, the Employee Relations Partner (ERP) is responsible for supporting the delivery of a professional people service across all regions within and directorates.

The role provides a key Employee Relations support via proactive and timely case management to all business leaders and facilitates the enhancement of their people management capability through coaching and guidance, to ensure they lead colleagues fairly, legally, and consistently, adhering to policy, best practice and employment legislation.

An expert in employment law and ER case management with the ability to understand the bigger picture and facilitate appropriate solutions. Highly experience in the core elements of aspects human resource management with a specialist insight or interest in Resolution or Health & Wellbeing which includes alternative dispute resolution supporting restorative practice mechanisms and tools.

The ability to build confidence and credibility with leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organisation, the role requires exceptional communication skills, verbal and written and demonstrated ability of project management, with an understanding of compliance and risk management.

Candidates
  • PERSON SPECIFICATION:
  • CIPD Level 7/HR Management Degree or equivalent
    Regularly dealing with complex and or critical employee relations issues using analysis, experience and expertise to facilitate appropriate outcomes
  • Working within employment law parameters
  • Knowledge of Project Management disciplines
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams
  • The ability to effectively and competently manage ER cases up to Employment Tribunal stage
