Your new role

As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive employee relations within this organisation. Your primary focus will be on fostering a productive and harmonious work environment, managing employee grievances, and promoting fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. This role requires strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, along with a proven understanding of employment law and regulations.

This newly created position will be an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge within the Employee Relations field. You will work to support a range of stakeholders, and will be able to shape this role as you progress in your post and career.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have proven experience as an Employee Relations Business Partner or in a similar employee relations role. You will have in-depth knowledge of Employment law, regulations, and best practices. You will also have a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all levels.


For this role, you require expertise in managing complex casework, and will have the a bility to conduct thorough and impartial investigations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times. Experience working within the corporate, financial services or professional services sector is desirable although not essential.
