Electrical Engineer - Manchester City Centre - 3–6 Months Contract

Your new role

This is a great opportunity to work with a prestigious institution based in Manchester City Centre for a 3-6 month contract, with the chance of renewal. As an Electrical Engineer, you will assist the Head and Deputy Head of Electrical Engineering in monitoring and maintaining high standards of service in electrical engineering design, installation, operation, and maintenance. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements and relevant policies. You will conduct technical and site reviews, serve as Low Voltage Authorised Person (LV AP), plan and deliver electrical maintenance, and provide strategic support.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need vocational experience, an established track record in electrical project delivery, and experience with large site electrical infrastructure. Proficiency in Electrical at Work Regulations and electrical engineering strategies. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
